MIGRAINES
Do you experience migraines?
This clinical research study is looking at the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication option for preventing migraines.
Would you like to take part?
As a volunteer in a research study, you will receive study-related medical care and regular follow-up of your condition. Study volunteers are an important part of moving medical care forward.
You may qualify to participate in this study if you:

Have at least a 1 year history of migraines

Age of onset of migraines prior to 50 years of age
-
Have migraine attacks lasting, on average, lasting 4-72 hours if untreated
-
Report 4-14 migraine attacks per month within the last 3 months
-
Are 18 years of age or older
You may not qualify to participate in this study if you:

Have a history of basilar migraine, hemiplegic migraine, retinal migraine or migraine accompanied by a diplopia

Have headaches occurring 15 or more days per month in any of the 3 months prior
-
Have a history of HIV disease
-
Have uncontrolled hypertension or uncontrolled diabetes

Have major depressive or any anxiety disorder
-
Have active chronic pain syndromes
There are other eligibility requirements that the study team will review. Only the study staff can confirm whether you are eligible to participate in the study or not.
